tvori.eu provides EU company formation assistance, AI Act compliance tools, and ongoing founder infrastructure. Our services facilitate but do not replace professional legal advice.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information during the formation process. Misrepresentation may result in formation delays or service termination.

4. Fees and Payment

Pricing is as displayed on our pricing page. Government fees are separate from tvori's service fees. All prices are in EUR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If company formation fails due to our error, you receive a full refund. Refund requests should be directed to support@tvori.eu.

6. Limitation of Liability

tvori.eu provides tools and facilitation. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia and the European Union.
