Terms of Service

By accessing or using the tvori.ai platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Tvori EOOD, a company incorporated in Bulgaria (EU) ("tvori", "we", "us", or "our").

tvori.ai provides an AI-powered continuous website optimisation platform. The Service includes:

• Automated A/B and multivariate testing of website copy, layout, and CTAs
• AI-generated variant suggestions based on your site's goals
• Privacy-first analytics powered by Plausible (no cookies)
• Funnel analysis, market research, and SEO recommendations
• Integration with any tech stack via a lightweight script tag

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice. We will always endeavour to give at least 30 days' notice of material changes to paid subscribers.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter contracts in your jurisdiction. If you are acting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@tvori.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are displayed in EUR and are exclusive of VAT where applicable.

Payment processing. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store or process your payment card details. By completing a purchase you agree to Stripe's Services Agreement. We also accept cryptocurrency payments via NOWPayments.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period; we do not offer partial-month refunds unless required by applicable law.

Refunds. If you are dissatisfied within the first 14 days of a new paid plan, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion.

Tax. You are responsible for all applicable taxes (including VAT) associated with your use of the Service in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware, spam, or deceptive content
• Scrape or reverse-engineer the Service
• Circumvent rate limits or access controls
• Use the Service on websites that promote illegal activity, hate speech, or adult content without age-gating

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section without notice.

Our IP. The Service, including all software, algorithms, designs, and content created by tvori, is owned by Tvori EOOD and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.

Your content. You retain full ownership of your website content and data. By connecting your site to tvori, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to access your site's public pages solely to deliver the Service. We do not claim any rights in your data.

Feedback. Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us to improve the Service without compensation to you.

We will treat your account data and any non-public information about your site as confidential. Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

We do not guarantee specific results from using the Service (e.g. conversion rate improvements). Results depend on many factors outside our control.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TVORI EOOD AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) EUR 100.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE, FRAUD, OR ANY OTHER LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tvori EOOD and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable European Union law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.

EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tvori EOOD regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights to a successor entity.

Notices. Notices to you will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Notices to us should be sent to legal@tvori.ai.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
